New York Greeks Announcement

The latest addition to the league is the New York Greeks who will also start play in season two. This new team is operated by Mike.

St. Louis Cure S.C. Announcement

Entering the league for the 2010 season is St. Louis Cure S.C. operated by Kirk. This is the second fantasy team in the BSL to enjoy the St. Louis area as its home.

Other team openings remain available for the start of the 2010 season.

Blues pick up extra 1st round pick, Gunners get a 2nd "DP"

In preparation of the 2010 BSL draft, Union S.C. has traded away the teams Designated Player slot to the C.D. Gunners for the teams first round draft pick.

For the Blues, its an opportunity to quickly revamp its line-up. Depending on the number of teams returning in 2010, Union S.C. could have the #1 pick overall or fall to the #4 pick in the first round at the lowest. The Blues other first round pick obtained by the Gunners will also be determined by the number of clubs returning.

For the Gunners, the 2009 Honors Trophy winners will now get to keep two players from its existing line-up. No players have been announced as of yet. Capital District will begin its draft in the 2nd round.
