Match Recap l Week 4

The Zodiac needed a little help from its defense to defeat Second City. Clarence Goodson's SOG was the difference as the Stars refused to go away this weekend. The win is Orange County's 3rd win on the young season. The Stars had their best match of season, but fall to 0-3-1 after 4 matches.

It was a really good week for the Flyers. An official score change reversing an own goal and giving Lamar Neagle credit for the score resulted in a victory for the Rose City last week. Then the club followed it up with the return of Marco DiVaio who made his debut with a goal against Union SC. Rose City would complete the good week with a few more scores including another SOG from Drew Moor and an Eric Alexander assist. The win puts Rose City level at 2-2-0. Meanwhile Orange County can claim to have played better each coresponding week. The club had 2 scores in week 1, 3 scores in week 2, and 4 scores in week 3.

Match Preview l Week 4

The Battle are one of 2 clubs still perfect on the season. The club slowed down a bit last week, but the league overall was down offensively and Alamo City is still currently tops in total offense. The Suns will be looking for that week 1 magic. Since scoring 8, the club has 1 score in the next 2 matches. The overall history between these two clubs is tight.

Match Preview l Week 4

After scoring a win opening week, the Saints have scored a point a piece in its next 2 matches. Match Preview l Week 4

The MLS has Chivas USA, the BSL has the Toffees. Despite accepting an invitation to join the league and making a website, and going through a 5 day process of the draft, it appears as if the owner in Ohio has decided to ignore his club in the early part of the season. The Gunners enter in the top 5 of the league at hte moment and will probably improve on that this week. So what does this match offer. How many points can the Gunners score? Never under-estimate the importance of a clubs PPG. It always comes into play at the end of the season.

Match Recap l Week 3

For the third week in a row, the Stags put up 4 points on the scoresheet and the club has won 2 of those matches. That level of consistency might start to grab the leagues attention. This week those scores came with a little bit of help. Anor's 2 goals came from off the bench as Union SC continues its nightmare start to the season allowing Anor to enter the match. To add insult, it was the Stags own yellow cards which allowed Powers to enter the match, who in turn got a yellow that allowed Anor to enter.

Match Recap l Week 3

The Stoners are back! A year removed from making the BSL Cup Finals and Majors Cup Finals, the Stoners nightmare that was 2013 appears to be a distant memory. So far the superstars have come to play and Pennsylvania is looking like a contender again. DeFoe added another goal. Robbie Keane did his thing and Cesar just recorded his first clean sheet. The Gunners had been unbeaten going into this weekend, but had no answers in this match except a Saborio goal.

Match Recap l Week 3

For the 2nd week in a row the Flyers threw points away. This time, the club had the game winner sitting on the bench in Drew Moor. Match Recap l Week 3

The leagues #1 offense slowed down a bit this weekend, but it was still plenty to grab Alamo City a third win on the season and improve the club to 3-0-0.  After mustering 1 score last week, the Stars struggled on offense again getting shut out.

Match Recap l Week 3

The Zodiac rebounded from last weeks defeat by taking down Gateway United. Joao Plata continued his stellar attack. The Saints were without answers as the squad attributed to more cards than scores.

Match Recap l Week 3

For the 2nd week in a row, the Toffees failed to post their lineup. Apparently, the process of posting a lineup card is to difficult in Ohio. So instead of scoring points from the likes of LeToux, Trapp, and Juninho in week 3, the Toffees scored zero again. Meanwhile, the Spartans still would have won the match scoring 4 and improving to a perfect 3-0-0 on the season. The Spartans had 4 yellow cards in this match which would have allowed 2 subs to come in for Ohio.
