Draft Order Has Angel Town First

After a disappointing 2-7-1 record in the regular season, Angel Town will have the first pick in the 2019 draft. The rest of the draft order has S.C. Canada picking 2nd, Gold Coast picking 3rd, Alamo City picking 4th, Capital District picking 5th. Gateway United picking 6th, and Spartans 1612 picking 7th. Any new clubs will be picking next in the order that the join.

League Reveals Offseason Deadline

The deadline to sign players from last seasons roster has been announced as February 20th, 2019. No changes have been made to the acquisition rules, even though BSL rosters have been expanded from 16 to 18 players. Once again clubs have the option to hold a maximum of 5 players to their roster before the draft as well as trade draft picks. The 2019 BSL Draft starting date is still to be determined.
