The 2020 Majors Cup Final began with Angel Town taking the early lead with a Cavallini goal. Bobby Shuttleworth extended the lead for the Stars with his 6 saves. Gold Coast got on the board and equalized with 2 assists from Medran. Angel Town relcaimed the lead 3-2 after Russell's score. The Stars were setting their sights on back to back championships with only the POR/SJ result left. Then, Gold Coast found the hero it had been lacking when Neizgoda scored two goals to close out the match and lift the Suns to a 4-3 win. Gold Coast are the 2020 Champions with some last minute heroics.
