The schedule keeps getting pushed further and further back. I remember when "early March" was the headline. Then, it was "mid March", and more recently it was announced as April 3rd. Well the new date for the opener was announced today as April 17th. Ouch! I know no one wants to wait that long, but what choice do we have. The promise of a schedule was said to be coming in a few weeks. In the meantime here is a little nugget to ease the pain. I am releasing your week one opponents. The rest of the BSL schedule has been made, but it's being held under wraps until the calendar dates become available. The deadline to protect players is extended also to March 25th. Expansion draft will be March 26th. BSL Draft will begin April 1st.
