Majors Cup adds Liga MX; Champion goes to CCS

Since its inception in 2009, the Majors Cup has been overwhelming popular getting some of the leagues best engagement and traction. With the recent news in the soccer world the time has come to add even more weight to this tournament. Starting in 2022, The Majors Cup tournament will add Liga MX to the mix making it a full regional tournament. The North America Majors Cup (NAMC) will also be moving to be played in the middle of the BSL regular season with the new Continents Championship Series (CCS) being played at the years end. The Majors Cup champion will qualify for the CCS at the end of each season. The Top 8 BSL clubs in the first half of the season will participate for the Majors Cup, and secondary assists will not count in these tournaments.
