Tajouri-Shradi has been protected by Phoenix as a retention player with a very impressive resume. The 27-year-old had 49 starts in 84 appearances, clocking in almost 4,400 minutes in his last four years. In 2021, Tajouri-Shradi scored seven goals, with one assist, and 14 starts in 23 appearances. “Ismael is an explosive attacking player who is a proven winner and is a good fit to how we look to play,” GM John Thorrington said in a team release.
