The BSL Transactions page is now open. Clubs are free to sign and release players as they desire so long as they are not incoming International transfers new to the League as outlined in the rules section titled "How transactions and free agency works".
Future incoming player arrivals have go through the process outlined in the rules section titled "Newly signed players to the MLS". Remember, no bidding war is required if the 24 hours waiting period is satisfied.
