The first club to clinch a spot in the 2022 CCS is FC Bayern Munich.
On the Bundesliga Matchday 31, Bayern were crowned 2021/22 league champions and lifted the trophy for the 10th year running. And the decider came against none other than closest challengers Borussia Dortmund on 23 April 2022. Nagelsmann's side won 3-1 thanks to a strong performance.
