Final Combatants Used to Fighting

BSL CUP PREVIEW
Wednesday will be here soon enough. That's the day that the 2010 BSL Final will get under way. These two clubs have had their share of drama against one other this season. The clubs first played each other as first and 2nd place foes. After Union S.C. lost, the club fell into a tailspin. The next time these clubs meet was week 13, and although Union S.C. dominated the match, a Robbie Findley dive and PK sent shockwaves to the Blues owner resulting in some not-so-kind comments during week 13. Redemption came in week 19 when Union S.C. amassed a 9-3 win over the Cure.

ST. LOUIS CURE
The 2010 Honors Trophy winner was on pace to shatter a whole list of league records, but after a 14-1-2 record, the club went 0-3-0 to end the season. The Cure finished the regular season ranked #1 in APG and #1 in MOV, but the numbers fell quite a bit from where they had once peaked.

UNION SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
The Blues had been playing well and scoring plenty of points until the Semi-Final Game. Another soft performance and lady luck may not be so kind. The Blues scored a record high 9 points the last time the club played St. Louis. However, in the previous two games, the Blues were shut out the first meeting and had only 1 point in the 2nd encounter.

Season Series: St. Louis lead 2-1-0. Scoring was tied a 10-10 each for those 3 matches.
