Stoners Acquire Player: Trade for Sebastian LeToux

__________________________
UNION SC: obtains 1st round pick
STONERS FC: obtains S. LeToux
__________________________
The expansion clubs of the BSL are not sitting on their hands waiting. Like "the Chancellor" at Alliance FC before them, "the Partnership" for Stoners FC is taking part in the Pre-Draft Option of the BSL Rules for new clubs and has spawned a trade with Union SC. The terms of the deal have Sebastian LeToux moving to Pennsylvania in exchange for the Stoners first round pick. Union SC is now maxed out of all pre draft deals having done the full allowed allotment of Designated Players and trading a player to an expansion club. Any other player acquistions expansion club owners may desire will have to be with other BSL club owners.
Incase you didn't know?
Gold Coast is still eligible to trade with an expansion club. why? The previous trade released was for the clubs 2nd DP slot and not an expansion pre-draft selection.

  4. I believe my Partner used miteam.com, adidas's custom jersey maker, to create a template for our uniform and then added the logo with an image editing program.

  5. The reason is because his sites comment settings are requiring a passcode and stuff. It can be changed to be less of a pain the a$$. Newly created blogs are preset like this. The user has to change it on their own.

  6. By the way I am excited to show off my new kit. I decided to have a fictious sponsor.

  10. So if an expansion club trades a 6th rounder for a player when does that player go in the draft? Because last year DPs replace first round slots...

  11. DP's can only be traded for a 1st round pick if its between two veteran clubs.

Expansion Teams can trade any round of pick to get a player from an existing roster if you chose to trade a player to them. (Its optional) The benefit to you is you get another earlier draft pick but now another player is off the free agent list. So don't trade someone who you may want to try and draft again. Trade someone who you feel is not on your radar anymore or who you feel you have no chance to get anyway. Or to try and get an additional earlier pick. I wouldn't recommend taking an additional late round pick. It won't benefit. If you get an extra 6th round pick then your last draft pick would be in round 11 since you would have already filled you roster by then. (instead of ending in round 12)

Expansion teams don't have DP's, and its only fair they have some sort of opportunity to grab a player or two before the draft. But remember you benefit too.

The max is at two because this isn't the draft after all.

Only one expansion trade per team because you don't want one veteran club raiding too many early picks.

    Hope this explains everything.

  12. Ok, I guess im wondering say I hypothetically traded Joseph Ngwenya to Alliance for a 5th rounder. For DPs I believe they replaced normal first round picks last year. I understand Ngwenya wouldnt be a DP, but does he factor in the draft? Or does Alliance just not pick in the final round? Does it replace in a specific round?

  13. Yes he factors in. Nqwenya is now on a team so he can no longer be drafted as a free agent. Your team then inherits an extra 5th round pick and you no longer have to draft in round 12. You are done in round 11.
