MATCH PREVIEW: Week 21

SECOND CITY vs GATEWAY UTD- This is more than a playoff tune up game. This game of the week has Majors Cup implications written all over it. Geographically, these two are the only midwest clubs in the BSL, yet there seems to be no rivalry between them. PENNSYLVANIA vs HILLCREST UTD - The Stoners are in a great position to take advantage of the schedule and earn a big 3 points this week and put some real pressure on the clubs fighting for a Majors Cup spot. However, the last time the Stoners played the Rainbows it was a nail bitter with just 1 score. UNION SC vs ALAMO CITY - These two clubs meet up for the 9th time. So far the match-up has gone the Battle's way. The Blues will need to win this to avoid MC elimination. CAPITAL DISTRICT vs BURUD TOWN - The Stags last game of the regular season needs to be a good one. It's doubtful that the Stags current points total will be enough to hold onto its top 4 position for MC qualifying. More points seem necessary. Meanwhile the Gunners can win the 2011 Honors Trophy with a victory. ALLIANCE vs PACIFIC NORTHWEST - The Lions need to take advantage of the Rangers or the season will be lost.
