The BSL Champion, Rose City FC, completed talks to secure a 3rd Designated Player slot for the upcoming 2013 season. The Flyers traded away its 2nd and 4th round picks in the 2013 player draft to Alliance FC. Its pretty clear, the Flyers are trying to secure the key players that helped the club win a title. Meanwhile the Lions are looking to rebuild after missing the post season and both clubs took a step closer to achieving their goals.
