Chris Rolfe's 2nd half goal earned the Gunners a much needed point in the standings and further frustrated Alamo City in this rivalry. The result extends the Battle's unbeaten streak to 11 games (which ties the record) but pushed the club out of first place in the BSL standings. Alamo City had the game winner sitting as the first substitute with Kleberson's "SOG", but the Gunners had no cards in the match. Nick Rimando had 6 saves for the Gunners.
