League Decides Against New Pittsburgh Club

The League has decided to withdraw its invitation to the operator for a potential Pittsburgh club. "The BSL has a history of some owners quitting or possessing a lack of passion with their participation, and all signs pointed to Pittsburgh being another such in that group. With a club identity lagging behind schedule, it has been decided it will not be a risk worth pursing." said the Commissioner. "It is better to downsize the league if necessary than to have a potential new lame duck team that can affect the standings down the road."

  1. This isn't the NASL. Come to play, have some passion, or why bother.

  2. Great decision Commish. I honestly was going to email you rather soon about news on this front. This just makes the season all the more fun as we know this group of 10 is all in.
