The defending BSL Champion Gateway United will have a chance to repeat in this years BSL Playoffs after clinching a spot this weekend. Meanwhile, SC Canada kept the clubs playoff hopes alive by defeating Capital District and ending the clubs unbeaten run at 15 matches. Gold Coast FC won the 2017 California Cup and continues to hold onto the 5th spot in the BSL standings. Hawaii is now the hottest club in the league with an 11 match unbeaten streak (7-0-4). Cumberland got a brace from Bobby Shuttleworth to win easily this weekend.
