2017 BSL Cup Champions

Congratulations to the owner/operator of Gateway United for winning the 2017 BSL Cup and becoming the first to win the league championship twice. After another impressive regular season where the Saints finished 10-5-3 and in 2nd place in the league, the club went into the playoffs in good form and edged out a very good Alamo City side. Then, in the BSL Final, the Saints came from behind to prevail 6-5 and had 5 players contribute to the scoresheet. This is back to back titles for Gateway United and the clubs 5th league trophy in club history (2nd best in the BSL). Gateway United also tied a league record with 5 playoff wins to go along with the clubs record for most playoff seasons with 6 seasons.
