THE BIG STORY: Both conferences saw new clubs take over 1st place. In the East, Capital District made surprisingly easy work of Gateway United and is now the last unbeaten club in the league. In the West, Gold Coast took over the #1 ranking with its win, while the Cardinals were shut out in week 6 in its match. The Gunners, Cardinals, Saints, and Suns all clinched a spot in the Majors Cup this week.
AROUND THE LEAGUE: The Spartans got a big win over the previously #1 Cardinals as the club is still fighting for one of those 4 playoff spots. Angel Town's brace from Rossi helped in its victory and the Stars 90th regular season win all-time. Alamo City got in the win column for 2020. The Wolves improved to 3-3-0 after another win this week.

Why are two clubs with losing records the feature game? Well incase you're not paying attention, Century is holding the 8th and final potential spot for the Majors Cup. Several clubs, including the Sky, could easily grab it away.
