POWER RANKINGS: Week 2

ATTACHMENT
With the second week of the BIGTIME season in the books, what we have learned is that it is still too early to judge which teams are contenders and which teams are pretenders.
So far only two teams have put together back to back quality games and that is Capital District and Montgomery County.
The Gunners are the only perfect team left and have yet to recieve any kind of offense from Juan Pablo Angel.
Montgomery overcame its game one loss by scoring another 4 points to claim its first victory. Also the team has gotten the most out of its Goal Keeper so far. While most keepers have failed to add anything to the score sheet so far, Keller has put together 2 clean sheets already.
Game 3 begins on Thursday with most of the USMNT call-ups back in action hopefully.

  5. DCUF would like to announce the release of Matt Reis and the signing of Will Hesmer. Hesmer will take Reis's place in the starting line-up.

Otherwise, DCUF will use the same starting line-up as last week.

Maybe the rest of my top picks will show up this week, and actually help Fredy.

  7. DCUF is getting concerned that the transaction involving Matt Reis and Will Hesmer will not take place until after the MLS game tonight. If that is the case and the transaction will not go through in time for tonight, then DCUF would like to cancel the transaction and add goalkeeper Patrick Onstad for Saturday.

  8. I would not worry. I have a transaction too, he's just busy he said and will update soon.

  9. Transactions have been updated. Will Hesmer is active for game 3. (He would have been regardless of my update since D.C. Forever requested it at 5:39pm for the whole league to see)

****NOTE**** We have our first MLS team to play twice in the same week. So remember the rule, "If a Columbus player scores on Sunday, his average is what counts and that is rounded up".

Example no CLB player had anything for anyone this Thursday. So say Schelotto has 1 goal on Sunday. He would score 1 on the boxscore because 0 points on Thursday and 1 point on Sunday equals an average of 1 point when rounded up.

However if Schelotto has 2 points on Sunday. He will score only 1 point on the team boxscore. why?????? well...... 0 points and 2 points equals an average of 1 point in his week.

  17. Findley was a beast yesterday!!!

  18. Not too shabby for a guy picked #54 in our draft.

    ReplyDelete
  19. seriously. i almost didn't pick him. he really has to keep it up to be anything special though. anyone can have 1 good game

  20. This week is going to be ugly.

Fredy is sick and didn't even make the trip. Guevara, Morales, and Holden all put up 0s. Moreno got a red card not even ten minutes after he gets in to the game.

It's kind of sad that I'm worried about relying on my top two picks to do something tomorrow.
