can I get a rule clarification? i thought for existing clubs to carry over any players from the previous year we had to use DPs? technically once we choose our DPs we should forfeit all of our rights to the rest of our players right? Otherwise, whats to stop me from trading all of my players for 5th round picks, because in 5 days, im not getting anything for them anyway?
ok, thats cool, theres just nothing written into the rules except for the section on teams that are new to the league. the only section about carrying over players is the DP section, so something concrete would be nice for the future

You can only carry 3 players before the draft. That's what stops you.
