Bidding War

Sporting Kansas City’s roster just got a little bit deeper having signed 23-year-old Spanish midfielder Antonio Dovale to a deal pending the receipt of a Visa and International Transfer Certificate. Davale would occupy the club’s fifth of eight international roster spots.

Dovale, known as “Toni,” was last a member of a Celta Vigo, a Spanish La Liga club. La Liga is Spain’s top professional soccer division. He had two goals in 30 appearances for Celta Vigo in 2011-12. With only 3 BSL in the bidding for Dovale, the bidding will end today at 5pm (PDT).
