I don't understand what the issue is. I might support altering the standings even after a new week has kicked off if we find out that the red has been rescinded but it's always been a clear and straightforward rule.
Yes, the rule that was made has been clear. There isn't a question about the interpretation or anything like that. It's the rule itself. I've never (since the start of the league) agreed with having a red carded player's scores come off the score sheet. It has never made sense to me. If a guy gets a red he's already sitting out the next match AND whomever their opponent is automatically gets their first sub into the match.
His scores are erased though ? Never, ever made sense to me. I mean, that isn't how a red card works .... Seattle didn't have two goals not count. This is a longer standing issue though and isn't just all of a sudden from this weekend.
Yeah, going to call for a re-look at the red card rule this off-season.

I can understand the frustration and I think it's certainly worth discussion. Not trying to pick a fight, I promise.
