The Gold Coast led all clubs this weekend with a gigantic outing to keep the clubs Majors Cup hopes very much alive. The Suns poured on 11 scores against Alamo City in the 2nd qualifier to move into 2nd place in the West group. Gaitan was the man of the match with a hat-trick. Seven players produced for Gold Coast this weekend including both subs that entered the match. Acosta and Lamah had a score each off the bench. As for Alamo City, the club has some work to do. The Battle have to defeat Angel Town in their last qualifier and hope the Suns stumble in their match.
